Return policy

Return shipments without approval, will not be processed.
The part needs to be original and in its original packing to be returned.
Products that are ordered special for you, or bound by serial number, cannot be returned.
The net return value per application needs to be at least €50,-
The return application needs be submitted with our company within 2 weeks after delivery.
You need to send the return product(s), at your own cost, within 1 week after approval to our warehouse in s’ Heerenberg.
This form, provided with the return number, needs to be sent with the return shipment.
We credit a maximum of 80% of the invoice amount.
